When you request a quote through our website, we collect the information you provide in the form, which may include:

- Address information: current residential address, prior address, property address for new purchases
- Vehicle and driver information (for auto insurance quotes): driver names, dates of birth, license numbers, license states, occupations, vehicle identification numbers (VINs), odometer readings
- Coverage preferences: type of insurance requested and any comments or special requests
We also collect technical data automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and Google Analytics.

- To create an applicant record in our agency management system so we can service your policy

- To send you a confirmation email acknowledging your request

Data Retention
We retain your quote request data for as long as necessary to service your insurance needs and comply with legal obligations. If you do not become a client, we retain your data for up to 24 months after your last interaction, after which it is deleted. If you would like your data deleted sooner, please contact us using the information below.
Security
Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption) and stored in secure, access-controlled databases. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from real people, not automated bots. Access to your data is limited to authorized team members who need it to process your quote.
Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you
- Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your data, so this right is already satisfied)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

Cookies and Tracking
